Vissoth had a strong background in the Cambodian economy policy and key economic analysis from his 5 years’ as Deputy Section Chief at Economic Research & International Cooperation department at the National Bank of Cambodia and 2 years as an economist at the IMF.

He is also the founder of Menaka Hospitality, among them Bar Menaka that won major awards in the entertainment industry in Cambodia. Thanks to his good knowledge in the Cambodian Economy and his experience in the Hospitality Business, Vissoth is tasked to lead and govern AirAsia Cambodia.

Divya Somani

Divya Somani is a seasoned Insolvency Professional and practicing Chartered Accountant with over 18 years of rich professional experience. She currently heads the Ajmer branch of Rangamani Associates, a reputed Chartered Accountants firm.

Divya has built a remarkable career grounded in excellence, leadership, and service. She was the first female Chairperson of the Ajmer Branch of ICAI (2023–24), breaking new ground for women in the profession.

She is also an empanelled SEBI SMART trainer, actively promoting investor education and financial literacy. As a faculty member for the AICA Level 1 Artificial Intelligence Certificate Course conducted by ICAI, she contributes to building digital competency among professionals.

She currently serves as the President of the Female Wing (Ajmer) of Laghu Udyog Bharti, a pan-India trade organization supporting MSMEs.

She is the only female executive member of the Rajasthan Tax Consultants Association for the term 2025–27, a testament to her influence and leadership within the professional community.

She is a sought-after speaker and regular faculty at national and regional forums, where she delivers impactful sessions on diverse topics such as Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), Company Law, Income Tax, Code of Ethics, Business Laws, Investor Awareness, and Women Empowerment.
