Delegate fees

Conference registration details

Member Fee: $1,850 per person for members to attend the conference and all events on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Additional Delegates Fee for three or more attendees: Purchase two member tickets at the regular price of $1,850 per person and then additional members can attend at the discounted rate of $1,250 per person.

Accompanying Guest: Members may bring a spouse or friend for $600 per person. Accompanying guests can attend the evening events on Wednesday and Thursday, and breakfast on Thursday and Friday.


PLEASE NOTE: Member firms are responsible for coordinating their delegate attendance and selecting the correct ticket types at the time of registration. The system allows one person to register multiple delegates in a single transaction. For any colleagues registered, an additional step is required after checkout to complete their delegate details, due to confidential system configurations.

Booking Process

To start the booking process, click on the yellow 'Book now' button above.

You have the option to book for yourself as well as colleagues who are listed in the MGI database. If their name does not appear in the dropdown list under the 'Add delegate' button please contact Nicki Lynn [[email protected]] who will create a profile for that person so you can continue with your booking. Nicki is based in the UK, so please bear in mind the time difference when getting in touch.

Follow these steps ensuring that all mandatory information is completed. At the confirmation stage, you will receive two emails: one to confirm your booking and one containing the invoice for payment.
