MGI North America’s Santos, Postal & Company launches new venture
MGI North America member Santos, Postal & Company P.C. said its new business, Topline Valuation Group, is now offering business valuation services to middle-market companies in the Washington, D.C. area.
Established last year with M&A advisor Kaulkin Ginsberg Company, Topline is a good example of how members can diversify and grow by working closely with firms that deliver complementary services to businesses. By expanding their reach through this venture, Santos, Postal & Company can drive additional revenues and share in more business than before.
Topline offers a number of tailored services that help business owners meet their goals. These include valuation assessments, financial due diligence, business modeling, dispute resolution and financial consulting.
The practice will be lead by Santos, Postal & Company’s own Adam Freedenberg, CPA, CFE, CVA.
“I am excited to be a part of this venture, and I’m passionate about being able to help our clients,” he said. Adam has experience as a certified valuation analyst, providing clients with the expertise, integrity and trust needed when engaging a firm for valuation.
