With the Italian “2017 Budgetary Law”, definitively approved on 7 December 2016, MGI Vannucci & Associati provides a summary of the new advantages for Investors in Italy
The most important changes concern those who have a large patrimony, who could be interested in obtaining a fiscal residence in Italy through the combination of two dispositions contained in the 2017 Budgetary Law:
- Advantageous taxation for newly-domiciled subjects, namely establishing a flat-rate tax on earnings generated abroad
- The “Investor’s Visa”
MGI Vannucci & Associati have prepared a short paper with information about the 2017 Italian Budgetary Law to help MGI members and their clients with investment interests in Italy. Partner at the firm Pierpaolo Vannucci will be happy to answer any question you may have on email at email@example.com or by phone on +39 0583 316 636.
