MGI Worldwide is delighted to announce Rosie Davis as the latest addition to our Global IFRS Group.
Who is Rosie Davis?
Rosie is the director of audit and assurance at MGI Perth, one of our member firms, which is based in Subiaco, Western Australia.
Rosie emigrated to Australia from the UK several years ago and has since held two senior roles in audit.
In her current role with MGI Perth, Rosie is predominantly responsible for growing the audit practice from an initially limited client base. She plays a key role in in providing Consultancy Services as well as Audit and Assurance to the organisation's clients, and is a specialist in preparing financial statements to meet International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) requirements and their Australian equivalent, which is known as A-IFRS.

The MGI Worldwide Global IFRS Group was established to share knowledge and best practice of IFRS requirements to organisations throughout the world in order to ensure the rules are being applied correctly and consistently.
Our advisers do this in a number of ways, including by helping to prepare financial statements, assisting businesses through their first ever experience of adopting IFRS and by providing support and advice to everyday IFRS queries or when new standards are introduced.
Furthermore, the team offers guidance on executing impairment tests in line with IAS 36, as well as on Purchase Price Allocations in accordance with IFRS.
