Keynote Speaker
We are pleased to announce Michael Schiffner, Executive Coach, will present on Thursday 4th June.
Michael will share his experience as to why many firms struggle with implementing change. You will take a deep dive into the psychology of change and the surprising reasons why people often resist change.
Participants will be introduced to the work of Professor Robert Kegan from Harvard on the Immunity To Change along with an exercise to explore how they can more successfully implement change initiatives.
Thursday Evening – Sydney Harbour Sunset Cruise
Experience the thrill of ocean sailing on a fully restored tall ship from the 1870s!
The James Craig is the only fully restored authentic tall ship in the world that you can regularly sail on and one of only four operational barques from the 19th Century still capable of sailing.
This amazing experience starts the moment you step on board to cruise down the harbour, taking in the sights of some of Sydney’s beautiful icons and skyline as the sun sets over Sydney.
The cruise will commence at 4:00 pm and will dock at Pyrmont at 7:00 pm, canapes and beverages will be provided.
