#IlLavoroContinua (#WorkEndures) is a free webinar series programme organized by CIFA Italia (Italian Confederation of Autonomous Federations) and Fonarcom (Interprofessional Training Fund which finances the continuous training of workers and managers of Italian companies) aimed at supporting businesses, workers and professionals through the Coivd-19 crisis situation. The #IlLavoroContinua online platform has over 20,000 members.

The #IlLavoroContinua webinar on 'Innovative tools to manage and develop Small and Medium-sized Enterprises' featured several speakers including Pierpaolo Vannucci CPA, partner at MGI Vannucci & Associati, an expert on Innovative SMEs and start-ups, who gave a talk entitled “Startup and Innovative SMEs: work for capital, Patent box and other tools”.
