Don’t miss our next Star Speaker Webinar on Wednesday 13 May, when renowned economist and journalist Tim Harford talks about how we will do business after the pandemic. Remember to invite your staff and clients too!

MGI Worldwide and CPAAI accounting network and association audience meets next Star Speaker Tim Harford

MGI Worldwide with CPAAI are excited to confirm our upcoming Star Speaker Webinar, where we will be welcoming world-renowned economist, journalist and broadcaster Tim Harford. Tim is a long-running Financial Times columnist and has spoken at TED, PopTech, the Sydney Opera House, at our 2017 AGM and, on Wednesday 13 May, he will be speaking to us!

“What about afterwards? Will we use the opportunity to do business better?”

The Covid-19 pandemic has given us all an opportunity to reflect on many aspects of our lives both personally and professionally, and to assess how we can do things better moving forward.

This is a valuable webinar for all MGI Worldwide and CPAAI members, staff and clients - we urge you to share the invitation!

In this webinar we will explore:

  • How do we tend to respond in a crisis?
  • What do we miss - and in what ways do we pleasantly surprise ourselves?

Using historical case studies and research from psychology and behavioural economics, Tim Harford explores the circumstances in which we turn crisis into opportunity, looking in particular at how far we will change the way we work after this is all over.
