A special thank you to all our MGI Worldwide and CPAAI friends, attendees and colleagues who helped us make our first ever Virtual Global Meeting a resounding success.
We had more than 730 attendees from 90 countries around the world, and 40% were attending an MGI/CPAAI event for the very first time! It really was a great coming together of everyone at all levels across our member firms.
If you weren’t able to make it then you really did miss out!
With a 12-hour rolling programme, the interaction and enthusiasm from everyone involved was great to see and goes to show that a virtual meeting can still be hugely valuable. We also raised nearly $3,000 in aid of Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders).

Sumit Dhadda, MGI DLS & Associates, Bahrain who made it to the top of Leaderboard for being the most active throughout the day on our Whova Mobile App.
Also, our well-deserved winners of our two photo contests.Well done to Felix Kimoli, MGI Alekim LLP, Kenya winner of the best liked photo contest. Felix shared a great MGI memory of an evening spent on the Dubai dunes during the 2019 Global AGM.
