Congratulations to Mexico-based member firm Zesati Contadores on their 44th anniversary!
Zesati Contadores was founded in 1976 by Roberto Zesati with very clear objectives: a group of partners sharing true partnership values, assisting their clients with a personalised customer service and keeping a close bond with their staff.
'We are proud to have a long-standing, loyal portfolio of clients, and to have established friendship bonds with many of them,' explained Roberto. 'Our values are unchanged: responsibility, commitment, personal attention, professional ethics and shared benefits.'
Two years after its foundation, Zesati Contadores proudly joined CPAAI, being one of the first firms in Latin America to join the international association. This achievement was key to the consolidation and strengthening of CPAAI in the region: 'We were very excited about the opportunity to exchange ideas, participate in meetings and to be able to exchange staff. By becoming a full member of CPAAI, we had the opportunity to participate, learn, contribute and strengthen the Association. We are happy and confident that following this year's merger MGI-CPAAI will continue to grow.'
After 4 decades of service, Roberto continues invested in his team of 60 professionals, dedicated to their professional and personal development. Roberto tells us: 'Twelve ex-partners and about two thousand ex-Zesatians! It is exceedingly satisfying to know that part of our mission has been staff training, and that when our people change course in their professional lives they leave us well equipped stronger than when they joined us.'
Due to the global pandemic, this year Zesati Contadores team has not organised the usual annual group trip to celebrate the anniversary. This year the celebration will be virtual. Each member of staff has received a champagne bottle as a gift to celebrate at home, because, even if it's virtual, there will be a toast!
