We are thrilled to share the news that our member firm Harik Minassi Coale, who has been with us for over 20 years, has changed its name following their merger with Thompson CPA to become Harik Thompson CPAs, effective immediately.

Offering a wide range of accounting, tax, and advisory services from their offices in Torrance and Santa Monica, California, Harik Thompson CPAs support businesses and individuals located in the greater throughout the area. Harik Thompson CPAs has a history spanning nearly 40 years and is one of the largest privately-owned accounting firms serving the South Bay community.
The management team
With an excess of 30 years tax experience, the Firm’s Managing Partner – Patricia Harik - will also serve as the head of the Tax Department. Patricia represents clients before the taxing authorities and her main specialities are tax planning and compliance services, transactional analysis, trust accounting and administration and estate planning.
Working alongside Patricia is Kevin Thompson, CPA, Partner and head of the Accounting Department, who also specialises in providing accounting, tax, and advisory services, with a focus on the Los Angeles entertainment industry, real estate industry, and small businesses. Bringing a welcome blend of insight, professionalism, and compassion, Kevin is experienced in business formation and operations, trust and estate planning, personal income tax filing, and international taxation.
