2021 Talent Meeting Goes Virtual Bringing Together Next Generation of Young Professionals from Across the Globe!

2021 Talent Meeting gathered over 160 attendees from across the global MGI Worldwide CPAAI accounting network

This year’s MGI Worldwide CPAAI Talent Meeting was a great success attracting our largest gathering of Young Professionals from across the MGI Worldwide CPAAI global community.

Held on the 23 February we had over 160 delegates registered with some 120 joining us at any one time, and almost 70% attending their first MGI Worldwide CPAAI meeting.

A glimpse at attendance

While we could not meet physically in person it was a great opportunity to keep our young talents connected and offer the invitation to a wider number of firms and more regions. We had 50 different member firms across 39 countries join us with the majority coming from Europe, UK & Ireland and Africa, and good attendance from MENA, Asia, Latin America.

Breakout groups and networking

The meeting itself was informal and included some networking in small breakout groups providing plenty of opportunity for those that do not usually attend an MGI Worldwide CPAAI meeting to interact with each other and learn more about MGI Worldwide CPAAI. We saw a good mix professionals participating at all levels from Interns to Junior HR Consultants, Assistant Auditors, Tax Advisory Assistants, Vat Consultants, Payroll Managers, Marketing, IT and Operations, IFRS, VAT and Tax Specialists, Partners and more.
