Europe Region holds its 2022 Central Circle Meeting in Munich, Germany, attracting a record number of delegates
This year’s European Central Circle Meeting was held on 5-6 May in Munich, Germany. European Circle Coordinators and member firm Pape & Co welcomed a record breaking 51 delegates, representing 34 firms, from 11 countries, giving members a long-awaited opportunity to meet new colleagues and reconnect with old friends.

Meeting agenda
The schedule of the conference followed the tradition of past Central Circle meetings.
Member firm Pape & Co. welcomed the group with a drink at their offices followed by a visit to Paulaner Brewery, the famous German brewery, where the group had the opportunity to enjoy the brewery's great food, drinks and hospitality.
The Friday agenda focused on various aspects of HR, sharing member news and network updates from MGI Worldwide CPAAI, including:

- Human Resources case studies
- Talent Recruitment and retention - keynote speaker and workshop
- Introduction of German Real Estate Tax Adviser Group, by Michael Grüne
- Understanding member issues - open discussion
Delegates enjoyed Lego's Serious Play and professional team discussions. The feedback was positive. The Net Promoter Score was among the highest (87) we achieved over the last couple of years.

Next year, the 2023 Central Circle Meeting will take place in the beautiful city of Prague, and hosted by member firm LTA Tax s.r.o.
