“I am delighted to add my congratulations to the long list of those recognising MGI Bass Gordon’s careful investment in its future leadership.  This is such an important subject – succession planning, choosing the right people to lead into the future, and preparing them carefully.  It is why the theme of leadership is at the heart of our AGM in Bangkok, the key to sustainable growth, so put 18-21 Oct 23 in the diary and come and learn from others whilst sharing your own experience and knowledge.”
