This year's theme was: The changing world of accountancy and client expectations, with Jonathan Winchester from Insight 6 opening the event with an engaging session on customer experience. Delegates then enjoyed two thought-provoking panel discussions before hearing from economist Daniel Mahoney of Handelsbanken, who provided an insightful overview of current economic trends.

Penalty shoot-outs and football challenges brought out the competitive spirit in many attendees, creating a fun and memorable end to the day.
