With over 20 years of experience as a Wirtschaftsprüfer and Unternehmensberater, I am passionate about delivering high-quality auditing and consulting services to my clients. As a partner at Auditing and Consulting, I lead and oversee the annual and consolidated financial statements audits, as well as the advisory services on accounting-related topics.
My core competencies include ESG, risk management, corporate governance, compliance, and internal audit, as well as expert opinions and special investigations of various kinds. I also have extensive experience in restructuring and turnaround, as well as transaction advisory in the M&A field. I specialize in medium-sized companies and public sector entities, and I have a keen interest in SAP, digitalization, and IoT. My mission is to help my clients achieve their strategic and operational goals, while ensuring compliance, transparency, and sustainability.
Lee heads the team responsible for Mercia’s A&A CPD training, but also performs audit file and compliance reviews. Prior to joining Mercia he spent 3 years in industry with Jaguar Land Rover in their Business Assurance team with his primary responsibility being to deliver the Sarbanes Oxley programme while acting as a mediator for operational functions and the external auditors. Prior to that Lee was an audit manager at PwC having a diverse client base across several industries ranging from FTSE 50 listed to small owner managed entities.
