Delegate fee
The delegate fee is EUR 350, which MGI Europe will charge after the event. The price includes the cost of one dinner and a one-day conference.
Delegates are responsible for taking appropriate protection such as insurance, allowing sufficient time to obtain visas, etc.
Accommodation
Please note that you will need to book your accommodation directly with the hotel. Click the button below to make your reservation.
Reservations must be received by 22 April 2024 to qualify for the Group Rate. Requests received after the cut-off date will be subject to availability or the best available rate at the time of reservation.

Post Conference Tour - 8 June 2024
A food tour organised by Delicious Poland in Warsaw for 2.5 - 3 hours with three stops in the neighbourhood of the Warsaw Old Town. The cost of the tour is €83. The tour will start at 11:00 AM.
Terms of service
Cancellations of conference reservations are possible until: 23.04.2024
Cancellations will be charged at the indicated rate for the whole delegate fee.
From 24.04.2024 onwards, no-shows and early departures will be charged.
All changes must be advised in writing and must be reconfirmed by Zoltan Paksy [email protected]
Wherever possible, we will try to negotiate with the hotel for lower cancellation rates but not commit to success.
Liability
We have taken reasonable steps to ensure against the cancellation of the event for reasons outside our control. However, we accept no liability for costs or damages incurred due to such a cancellation nor for alterations to the programmes or hotel location as described in this website or other publication. We accept no liability for travel costs of delegates and accompanying persons to and from the event, even in the case of cancellation of the event.
We accept no liability for medical, health emergency care or related costs of delegates and accompanying persons or for refusal of entry into Austria to attend the event.
We strongly recommend all delegates and accompanying persons make appropriate insurance arrangements to cover medical, cancellation and other expenses.
