Thursday, 26 March

We kick off at the new Düsseldorf city-centre office of RLT, where RLT has kindly offered a welcome drink for our delegates. From there, we travel together by coach to Schloss Velen.

The afternoon is dedicated to a German-speaking knowledge-sharing session on current HR challenges. HR colleagues are warmly invited to participate—this is a practical exchange focused on how peer firms are dealing with similar people-related issues and what’s actually working.

Dinner & informal evening at Schloss Velen

In the evening, we stay on site for a relaxed but high-quality dinner at the Schloss. Châteauform Chef Francisco will cook for us, using local, seasonal ingredients—a shared table experience designed to continue conversations naturally.

After dinner, the evening is yours to enjoy. Within the Schloss you’ll find a gaming and social area with an open bar, where you can:

  • play billiards
  • sing karaoke
  • try the kegelbahn (traditional bowling)

A perfect setting to connect, unwind, and get to know each other beyond the meeting room.

Friday, 27 March

On Friday, our focus shifts from discussion to application. Rather than a classic presentation format, the day is designed as a highly interactive, hands-on workshop centred on AI adoption in daily business.

Together with OMM Solution, we aim to work in small groups to actively explore how AI can be applied in real-life firm contexts. The objective is to create space for exchange among those who are curious to experiment, test ideas, and learn from one another—while developing concrete use cases that participants can take back into their own organisations.

Many of you will remember OMM Solution’s highly regarded robotics session at the Prague Central Circle Meeting in 2023. This workshop builds directly on that experience, with an even stronger emphasis on practical implementation and peer-driven learning.

We plan to conclude the meeting around 15:00, followed by a coach transfer back to Düsseldorf Airport and Düsseldorf Main Station.

Transportation Düsseldorf - Velen

We strongly encourage all participants to use the group coach to and from Schloss Velen.

  • Taxi transfers can cost around €230 one way
  • Public transport is cheaper but may take up to two hours

Please think through your travel plans before registering, so you can indicate your preferred arrangements during registration.

If you value meaningful exchange, practical insight, great food, and real progress—with time to connect informally—Schloss Velen is the place to be.
