Delegate fee

The delegate fee is €696 including VAT and includes:

  • If you arrive at Schloss Velen on 26 March AM before the meeting starts, you will be able to use the meeting facilities and have lunch
  • Accommodation on 26 March, including breakfast on 27 March
  • Food and unlimited drinks during the conference
  • Dinner with drinks and unlimited drinks during the party on 26 March
  • Return transfer by coach to Schloss Velen from RLT Office and back to Düsseldorf Airport or Düsseldorf Main Station
  • Meeting facilities
  • Workshop presenter fee

PLEASE NOTE: Delegates are responsible for taking appropriate protection such as insurance, allowing sufficient time to obtain visas etc.

Payment and invoicing

For the Central Circle Meeting, we’re introducing Stripe to make registration and payment simple, fast, and secure.

Stripe is a globally trusted online payment platform used by millions of businesses to accept and manage payments securely. It enables fast card and bank-transfer payments, handles tax and invoicing logic, and complies with the highest international security standards. Stripe is widely used for event registrations and professional services, ensuring a smooth, reliable, and transparent payment experience for both organisers and participants.

Important note on timing

Payment and invoicing will be activated once MGI Europe receives the German VAT number. That can take a couple of weeks.  As soon as this is in place, the payment link will go live. You will receive a message from [email protected] with a payment link in your personal email inbox.

Payment - here’s what to expect once payment is open:

  1. Choose your payment method

    When registering, you’ll be redirected to a secure Stripe payment page. You can pay by credit/debit card or choose bank transfer.

  2. Complete your payment

    Follow the on-screen steps to complete the transaction. The process only takes a couple of minutes.

  3. Instant confirmation

    Once payment is completed, your registration is confirmed immediately.

  4. Automatic invoice

    You’ll receive your invoice by email automatically after payment. You can fill in all your company details on the Stripe customer portal.

Transport

We strongly encourage all participants to use the group coach to and from Schloss Velen.

  • Taxi transfers can cost around €230 one way
  • Public transport is cheaper but may take up to two hours and multiple transfers.

Please think through your travel plans before registering, so you can indicate your preferred arrangements during registration.

We are a member organisation and operate on a not-for-profit basis. We understand that circumstances mean that members must cancel from time to time, and therefore we will always strive to refund where possible and will only charge costs that we cannot recover.
